Dr. Katie Reynolds
Katie qualified with distinction in 2002 from Queens University Belfast and after working in the UK and Australia settled into life in Galway in 2006.
Katie lives in Furbo with her husband and three kids. Together with her brilliant team Katie prides herself in providing a unique patient journey that allows all her patients to avail of honest and quality dental treatment in comfortable surroundings.
At the weekends Katie can be found either chauffeuring the kids around their busy schedules, running the roads in a bid to keep fit or at every given opportunity watching Ireland win in the Aviva stadium!

dr Norette kearney
A Cork native, Norette qualified with an Honours degree in 2006 from UCC, from which she achieved the top award for Oral Health Care and Prevention. Having worked in Scotland and travelled in Australia, Norette took a leap of faith and moved to Galway in 2009 and fell in love with all its charms. Norette has a special interest in treating nervous patients of all ages, and prides herself in creating a very relaxed and supportive environment for all her patients. In her spare time Norette is a keen cook and loves whipping up new recipes, and likes to maintain a balance with regular yoga and plenty of fresh air on the prom with her beloved husband and pet pooch.

Lorraine graduated from Trinity with a honors degree in 2005 and has worked in Galway city for the past decade. She is now delighted to be working closer to home in Barna.
Lorraine is interested in all aspects of dentistry and enjoys keeping up to date by regularly attending educational courses. She has a keen interest in endodontics and enjoys cosmetic cases combining orthodontics and aesthetic dentistry.
When not at work, she enjoys keeping fit, mostly by running after her three young children and being outdoors.

dr raymond power dentist
A native of Limerick, Ray worked in Cancer care as a Radiation Therapist in Galway University Hospital before returning to study Dentistry at University College Cork. Ray graduated with an Honours degree in Dentistry, and was also recognised for his passion for Endodontics (Root canal treatment) receiving an award from the American Association of Endodontics for his work in root canal therapy. Ray enjoys all aspects of Dentistry, especially cosmetic dentistry and restorative dentistry,
When not working Ray enjoys travel and photography, and is very happy to be living back in the west of Ireland.

Sinead qualified from the Glasgow Dental Hospital in June 1992. She won the Ash Prize for best clinical student. She has worked in the public sector in Laois and Offaly, before moving to Galway where she has worked in various private practices. She has that natural ability to put her patients at ease and enjoys the variety in treating all different age groups.
Sinead will greet you with a warm welcome and educate you about your gum health through good oral hygiene at home and routine cleanings at Barna Village Dental.

Marion has 7 years experience in the dental field and is a native Irish speaker. Marion has the added responsibility of being our cross infection nurse and oversees the rigorous cross infection protocols at Barna Village Dental.
Marion is a keen footballer and often has to explain the various bruises on a Monday morning. She is wonderful with children and can put them at ease in an instance. (Marion and Katie first met when Marion was a childminder looking after her kids.)

Riona joined us as a trainee before taking up a full-time position once she achieved her qualifications as a Dental Nurse from the Athlone Institute of Technology in early 2019.
Another fluent Irish speaker means there are days where Irish is by far the most widely spoken language at Barna Village Dental.
Riona plays football for her local club Naomh Anna , Leitir Móir and has been recently selected for the Galway County senior panel.
